The Ohakea Unit History lists the crew as: Captain Zerdecki, Captain Engel, First Lieutenant Beeke, Second Lieutenant Martizen, and the passengers as: Brigadier General Loper, Colonel Berry, Colonel Brown and Lieutenant Colonel Edwards.

This aircraft arrived at Ohakea from RAAF Bankstown on 15 July and departed for Sydney on 20 July. The aircraft was lost near Australia on 16 August 1942.
