This aircraft was damaged by anti-aircraft fire and was landed and abandoned at this "unoccupied landing ground". The crew, Flight Lieutenant FNR Thomas, Flying Officer Shanks, Sergeant Budd, Warrant Officer Millar and Flight Sergeant Gillies, were all rescued.
